• Damaged item : photographic or video evidence must be sent
clear of the damaged product within 7 days of receipt.
If your refund request meets the above criteria, we will process it.
❌ When a refund is not eligible:
• Mispurious Purchases or Buyer's Remorse : If you simply changed your mind, purchased the wrong item, or no longer want the product, refunds will not be issued.
• Non-use or personal preferences : We cannot accept returns based on non-use of the product or a decision that does not meet your expectations.
